Creative Youth Development National Youth Coordinator Paula Ortega and AEABA Executive Director Indi McCasey held an interactive conversation about how adults can support youth leadership through intentional, intergenerational collaboration as part of the 10th Annual San Francisco Youth Arts Summit.

We asked the question: What does it mean for young artists and adult artists to work together in ways that uplift the Creative Youth Development core values of Youth Leadership, Racial Equity, and Collective Action?
