Position Overview:
OF/BY/FOR ALL Community Catalysts help changemakers from civic and cultural organizations around the world build more inclusive institutions. You serve as a coach, facilitator, trainer, and cheerleader to museums, libraries, parks, theaters, cultural centers, and community institutions. We provide the curriculum and the platform; you provide your expertise as an online organizer, educator, and facilitator of inclusive change.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide organizations through the OF/BY/FOR ALL Change Network program. Provide coaching, motivation, and support to teams as they adopt new practices for community involvement. Connect teams with each other and spark healthy dialogue in the online network. Inform participants about opportunities to go deeper and to share their stories, successes, and challenges with others.
Build, evaluate, and document systems to understand the participant experience. Work with colleagues to track, analyze, and assess what teams do, learn, and change as part of the Change Network program. Surface common themes supported by member data. Share hunches and insights to help build a stronger working model of member types, journeys, stuck points, and needs.
Build, evaluate, and document systems to improve the participant experience. Work with colleagues to identify and implement experiments to engage and energize teams to make good use of program tools and calls, show their work, and make change. Document and systematize the best of these practices.
Support Change Network curriculum delivery. Collaborate with the Associate Directors of Curriculum, Data and Membership to source member questions, stories, stuck points, and needs. Participate in meetings to develop and finalize new tools, content blocks, and monthly all-network calls. Participate in delivering new tools, content, and all-network calls to members.
Support Change Network curriculum development. Collaborate with the Associate Directors of Curriculum, Data and Membership to identify key gaps in the curriculum and to support design improvements. When improvement projects are underway, support those projects in execution, documentation, and systematizing new ways of delivering content/supporting members.
Support technical production of all-network calls and other member calls. Be the go-to tech coordinator for call interactivity and documentation. Create event-related member communication, invitations, recordings, transcripts, and recaps.
Take on occasional special projects to support member experience. These projects may include activities requested by members, as well as activities that help our team experiment and deliver a stronger program.

Position Overview:
We are searching for a dynamic and creative digital content manager with a passion for telling engaging and compelling stories through words and visuals. The Storytelling & Content Catalyst will partner with the Marketing Director, OF/BY/FOR ALL team, Change Network membership, and external partners to tell the stories of the Change Network, bring our organizational values to life for our external audiences, and expand our digital and social media presence to help us take our Marketing Strategy to the next level. Our future Storytelling & Content Catalyst is a skilled project manager who is able to take the reins and autonomously implement a project from start to finish with input on general direction from Marketing Director or other lead collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize conversions via website traffic, landing pages, lead content generation, and calls-to-action. You build targeted marketing programs for prospects and craft the lead to customer journey.
Build broad interest in OF/BY/FOR ALL on social media and our website. Manage content www.ofbyforall.org and related social media assets, telling stories of OF/BY/FOR ALL participants and their growth journeys in the Change Network.
Execute email campaigns and communications as delegated by the Marketing Director, including member facing emails, quarterly and annual newsletters, organizational announcements, nurture campaigns, and others. Provide data-driven feedback and creative insights to the Marketing Director to improve and expand our email marketing strategy.
Manage and implement communications calendar. Working with the Marketing Director, you’ll manage and schedule content across all of our communications channels. Assist in developing social media strategies to advance the organization’s social media presence;
Coordinate compelling digital and social media marketing campaigns, including copywriting, content creation, editing, design, and implementation;
Oversee all social media accounts (including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), comments, and activity, as well as lead expansion of our presence in other platforms, particularly TikTok, and other emerging platforms; develop and maintain social media content calendar;
Write, edit, publish and share high-quality and engaging consistent content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action;
Aid in guaranteeing the consistent use of brand identity and messaging across the organization by ensuring digital campaigns stay on message;
Continuously refine digital marketing strategy by capturing and evaluating the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and optimum practices, and then acting on the information, with consultation and approval of the Director of Marketing;
Identify and monitor real-time digital and cultural trends to inform social media strategy and online community building, and translate learnings into actionable insights;
Prepare regular progress reports measuring social media channels and creative campaign performance;
Write and edit articles, press releases/advisories and op-eds, and engage in media outreach;
Build relationships with community members and media outlets.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong graphic design and layout experience (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.);
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
Strong video editing skills;
Experience in Hubspot (or comparable email marketing platform);
4+ years of professional experience operating in a social media, content creation, and/or community management capacity or study in marketing, digital media and/or communications;
Strong writing and editing skills, with good storytelling instincts;
Be able to quickly learn and maintain brand voice;
Possess a strong knowledge of a wide variety of social media platforms such as: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, WhatsApp, Twitter, Quora and emerging platforms;
Experience crafting, packaging, and scheduling messages for all major social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc), with digital analytics tools a plus;
Insights on the latest trends and best practices in inbound marketing, social media, lead generation, and email nurturing;
Knowledge of SEO best practices. Ability to use targeted keywords to write copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative
